Welcome to Balanced Nutrition with Becky

Dip NT (CNM), mGNC, mANP

Hi, I’m Becky – a registered Nutritional Therapist based on the Herts and Bucks border.  I get to the root cause of health challenges to help people feel like themselves again through personalised, evidence-based nutrition.

I trained at London’s College of Naturopathic Medicine, where I gained in-depth knowledge in biomedicine and nutritional science, along with hands-on clinical experience. My approach to health is rooted in evidence-based research and a genuine passion for helping people feel better.
