I am a fully qualified, passionate and dedicated Nutritional Therapist based on the Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire border. I graduated from London's prestigious College of Naturopathic Medicine, where I gained years of extensive theory and hands-on clinical training in biomedicine and the application of nutritional science.
Using the latest evidence-based research, I develop
personalised nutrition and lifestyle plans designed to help my clients overcome their health challenges and feel at their best again, no matter what their goals are. My consultations are an understanding, compassionate and safe space for my clients to speak freely with the assurance that information is kept private and confidential. I am a registered member of regulatory bodies the General Naturopathic Council and the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners, and hold full insurance for my practice.
The human body possesses a remarkable ability to heal itself when in a state of balance, detecting and responding to disruptions or injuries and initiating a series of physiological responses aimed at restoring equilibrium and promoting healing.
Our bodies are also very good at alerting us to a problems, with signs and symptoms that can make us feel unwell physically and mentally. Any disruption or imbalance in one system can have a ripple effect, impacting others and potentially leading to further health issues. For this reason I take a holistic approach and consider the person as a whole, instead of a collection of symptoms to be managed in isolation. My aim is not only to address the root cause of poor health through balanced nutrition, but to educate and inspire my clients to make positive choices and to understand the power they have to shape the future of their physical and mental health.
